Here are only  a few examples of deals we were able to obtain for our clients. We have had success in getting Private and Federal loans modified ranging from principal reductions to 0% interest. We have also negotiated  settlements for both Private and Federal loans ranging from pay off amounts of 40% to 90% of the total amount owed. These settlements can be negotiated with terms of multiple payments or lump sums.
